Return and refund policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and credits work when you purchase paid services or digital goods directly from Vorlaxergryxonar. Free website content is not a transaction and is outside this document.

This policy applies to customers who place orders directly with Vorlaxergryxonar through our website, email, or a signed proposal. Resellers and third-party platforms may have separate rules governed by their terms.

Studio workshops and in-person sessions

Places are limited; we allocate materials and staff in advance. The following cancellation windows apply unless a written proposal states otherwise:

Fourteen or more calendar days before the start time: full refund to the original payment method within ten business days of your written cancellation.
Between seven and thirteen calendar days before the start time: fifty percent of the fee is credited toward a future session within six months; the remainder covers sunk costs.
Fewer than seven calendar days before the start time: no refund or credit, because preparation is already committed.

If we cancel a session for operational reasons, we offer a full refund or transfer to another date at your choice.

Public transport delays, illness, or other personal events do not automatically extend the cancellation window, but we will act reasonably where the law requires us to do so.

Digital guides and downloads

Once a download link has been delivered to your email address, the purchase is final unless the file is defective or inaccessible. In those cases, contact us within seven days of delivery so we can repair access or issue a refund at our discretion.

If you have not downloaded the file and you change your mind within fourteen days of purchase, you may request a refund provided we can verify that no download occurred.

Custom and bespoke projects

Bespoke work is quoted individually. Deposits cover discovery, planning, and calendar reservation. If we cannot begin within the agreed window through no fault of yours, the deposit is refundable in full. If you cancel after work has started, fees already invoiced cover completed milestones and committed time.

The written proposal or statement of work always prevails over this summary if they differ.

Gift purchases and transfers

If we offer gift vouchers, they are valid for the period stated on the voucher. Transfers are permitted once, subject to availability. Cash refunds are not available on gift purchases unless required by law.

Statutory rights

Consumers in the United Kingdom and European Union retain statutory rights, including withdrawal rights for certain distance contracts where applicable. Nothing in this policy removes those protections.

If you are unsure whether a statutory right applies to your purchase, you may contact Citizens Advice or a comparable organisation in your country for neutral guidance.

How to request a return, refund, or credit

Email assist@vorlaxergryxonar.world with your full name, order reference, and a short description of the issue.
We acknowledge receipt within three business days and may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
We aim to resolve straightforward refund requests within ten business days. Bank processing times may add a few extra days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the matter directly. Unauthorised chargebacks may delay resolution and may incur administrative fees where permitted by law.
